Project spotlight: Nobe 63 condominium lobby, Miami Beach
A full wall of curved, floor-to-ceiling glass in a North Beach condominium lobby. The building wanted to soften the afternoon sun and give residents privacy from the street without losing the view of the palms outside.
We manufactured custom sheer ripple fold curtains in Doral, sized to wrap the entire curved window line as one continuous run, on a manual track. Installed 2024.
The result: the lobby keeps its light and its view, the glare is gone, and the sheers move in one clean wave along the curve.
Sheer and linen curtains
Light-filtering panels that soften the sun without blocking it. The most requested style in Miami Beach for living rooms, bedrooms, and lobbies with a view.
Ripple fold and euro pleat drapery
Ripple fold gives a modern, even wave. Euro pleat gives a tailored, classic look. Both are sewn to your exact window in our Doral workshop.
Blackout curtains
Full light control for bedrooms, nurseries, and media rooms. Available on their own or layered behind sheers on a double track.
Motorized curtains
Open and close from a wall switch, remote, or your phone. Ideal for tall windows, wide sliders, and condos where the track is hard to reach.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is ripple fold drapery?
Ripple fold, sometimes called wave fold, is a modern drapery heading that hangs in smooth, even waves instead of pinched pleats. It works on a track, stacks tight when open, and is a popular choice for floor-to-ceiling glass and contemporary Miami Beach interiors.
Can sheer curtains be combined with blackout curtains?
Yes. A double track holds a sheer in front and a blackout panel behind it. You get filtered daylight during the day and full privacy and darkness at night, on the same window.
Do you make curtains for condominium lobbies and hotels in Miami Beach?
Yes. We manufacture and install drapery for condominium common areas, hotels, restaurants, and offices, including curved window walls and long continuous runs.
Where are your curtains made?
Every panel is manufactured in our own workshop in Doral, Florida. We do not outsource sewing. Our team measures, builds, and installs.
What fabric and style options do you offer?
A wide range of premium textiles and systems made to the exact measurements of your windows: textured linen, sheer fabrics, and thermal blackout linings; pinch pleat, euro pleat, and ripplefold styles; plus full systems including traditional curtains, roller shades, zebra shades, and plantation shutters.
Do you offer a free consultation in Miami Beach?
Yes. We come to your home or property in Miami Beach, measure your windows, and bring fabric samples. There is no charge for the visit.
Why manufactured in Doral matters for a Miami Beach window
Most curtain companies in South Florida order from a catalog and wait. We cut and sew every panel ourselves, twenty minutes from Miami Beach. That means the measurements are ours, the fit is exact, the turnaround is faster, and if anything needs adjusting after install, the workshop is right here.
